DIY 18650 battery charger discharging station (ZB2L3 battery capacity tester + TP4056)

In this tutorial I am going to make a charging discharging station for 18650 li-ion batteries using TP4056 battery charger & capacity testers. Using this device, you can measure actual battery capacity of your Old/New 18650 batteries. For this project you need to find following materials.
