Three delicious CHICKEN HEART recipes. We start with a heart-warmingly spicy heart and tomato stew, perfect with some crusty bread. Our second recipe is delicious baked Cheesy mozzarella and garlic hearts. Our final recipe is marinated hearts grilled hot and fast over a hardwood fire.

Cheesy Garlic hearts
∙ Chicken hearts
∙ Finely chopped garlic
∙ Salt & Pepper
∙ Fresh parsley
∙ Butter
∙ Mozzarella cheese

Spicy Chicken heart stew
∙ 350g Chicken hearts
∙ 2 tablespoons chilli oil
∙ 3 onions
∙ 4 garlic cloves
∙ 1 bell pepper
∙ ½ teaspoon dried Peri-Peri
∙ 1 tablespoon paprika
∙ 1KG tomatoes
∙ ½ chicken bouillon cube
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar

Grilled Chicken hearts
∙ 350g Chicken hearts
∙ ¼ cup olive oil
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
∙ 1 tablespoon brown vinegar
∙ 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
∙ ½ tablespoon Onion powder
∙ ½ tablespoon sugar
