LAST CHANCE BEFORE THE LAST DANCE

The 2023 semifinals are the final stage of qualifiers for the CrossFit Games and they’re coming up next week! I traveled up to Training Think Tank in GA, as I often do, to put the finishing touches on our preparation.

We spent 3 days being tested on some of the more novel and nuanced movements that’ve been presented as challenges in our sport as of late, along with some traditional CrossFit.

It was bittersweet because it’s likely my last time participating in a qualifying prep camp individually, but it made me even more intentional about having fun and enjoying the experience!

I’m feeling grateful for the TTT team that hosted us, the athletes that I get to train with on a daily basis, my friends and family that support me on this pursuit, the brands that have chosen me to represent them, and for all of YOU, the fans that are watching this, whether you love or hate me!

Let’s make #10 the best one yet!
