This is one of the Kritis closest to my heart. Mayamma in Nattakurinji - Adi Tāla by Sri Shyama Sastri. I could not get over this kriti when I learnt it from my Guru Sri A Sundaresan Sir.

Replete with Swarakshara and Alliteration it abounds with and total Surrender.
You are the Sathyaananda (true bliss ) O MaYamma (Mother) please protect me he says and the beautiful Chittaswara Sahithya where he says that he will hold her in his heart and mind always.
(Ninne Hridayamu Patukoni) is a high point in this Kriti.
