There is a Shaman nearby that sells you a shortcut back to the surface for 100 coins. I would save your coins for now, but you will eventually want to buy this. In the next room, be sure to get the 50 coins from the chest to learn your fortune. You will want to hit the tongues on all 3 of the masks on the wall. The order in which you hit them will change the item that you receive. Generally speaking, the best order to hit them in, in my opinion, is right, left, then middle. This will usually net you a Frog Coin (I got one) down the next pipe. Run through the giant gate and collect the coins from the nearby chest.

01: 12 - Hidden Chest #28
The next hidden chest is located above the chest to your left. You will need to jump left, then up to land on top of it, and it make take a couple attempts. This hidden chest contains a Frog Coin.

01:14 - Hidden Chest #29
Jump down to find another hidden chest nearby. This chest is tucked away in the corner located in the middle of the room and gives you another Frog Coin.

Be sure to collect a third Frog Coin on your way out of the room. Hit the tongue on the wall to have it spit out a piece of paper. If the paper mentions being hungry, jump on the yellow black platform to the right. If it doesn't, exit the room and re-enter it until you get that scroll. This leads you down to another pipe that takes you to a familiar face.

01:50 - Belome (Boss - 1,200 HP)
This version of Belome is very similar to the first version. The main difference here is that Belome will create clones of anyone that it swallows. You can ignore them if you wish, but I find it is easier to just defeat the clones in 1-2 hits, then go back to focusing on Belome. This isn't a difficult fight at all.

After the fight, step on the green switch the exit through the large door. Speak with the Rat then go down the pipe to enter the next town.
