There’s a lot of confusion surrounding rate buy downs. Are they good? Are they bad? Are they risky or safe? And are rate buydowns expensive? In this video I’ll share an example of a rate buydown to show you just how powerful they can be & why you should use a rate buy down when buying a home in this market.
