Chow Mein - Setting the record straight! | The Woks of Life

This is our take on a delicious Chicken Chow Mein made with thin Hong Kong style noodles. The noodles get pre-cooked so they're a little bit crispy and a little bit tender when they go into the wok with plenty of chicken, vegetables, and a tasty mixture of soy sauce and oyster sauce. If you've ever tried supreme soy sauce stir fried noodles / chow main, you'll love this dish!

We've seen a lot of "chicken chow mein" out there that looks suspiciously like lo mein... so, we set the record straight on what exactly "chicken chow mein" is because it means different things depending on who you ask and who's cooking!
