We had a really great day, driving up into the mountains of El Salvador to get to El Carmen Estate in Concepcion de Ataco.

We had booked an Integral Tour for James’s birthday. This included a beautiful lunch, an extensive tour of the coffee operation, finished with coffee taste testing and a bag of El Carmen’s Cafe Ataco coffee beans to take home with us.

An amazing day, we learnt heaps about what goes into preparing the coffee bean for the best coffee.
