In this class, there's lots of jumping, leaping, rolling — it's fun, almost kid-like movement. If you're looking for a low-impact class, this isn't the best option. I'm not including low-impact modifications like usually do because it'd basically just be a completely different class.

In this class, we start with a guided warm up, focusing on mobility and light cardio. We then move onto our build-a-combo-strength work. In each of the two sequences, you'll gradually build a combination of movements over a brief interval (2:20 mins).

Here's a general breakdown of each combo:
—Movement A
—Movement A + B
—Movement A + B + C
—Movement C

You'll complete three sets of each combo, resting for 30 seconds between sets.

Between each of the combos you get a minute to recover, but pause the video and take more time if needed. Always listen to your body, modifying or stopping as needed.

We finish class with a guided cool down and stretch.
