I ran Aberdeen Parkrun in 20:14 and finished 28th. I did my best.

The Parkrun event is near the Aberdeen Beach Front and there was plenty of parking. The event was lovely and flat but with the unseasonable heatwave, it was quite a difficult run. This kind of course would be perfect for a Personal Best.

Thank you to the volunteers and runners who were great. This is a very friendly and welcoming run.
