Tomatin 15yo Palo Cortado finish

This weeks review continues on from the Tomatin distillery and is the Palo Cortado finish 15yo. A style of whisky which is pretty rare as the casks are, well let’s call it a happy accident. I went live with Scott Adamson last week and we talked through the new range (link is below to Scott’s fountain of knowledge and a breakdown of the Palo Cortado cask) I now give this a go on it’s on and probably don’t do the description much justice so have a look and listen to the professionals on this one, and also my first thoughts too.
