Just Another Day on Earth

I'm sure you'll find this video symbolic. Water a metaphor for the divide between life and death. I used the images of Sussan and myself as the archetypal tourists in this world. At one point we break the fourth wall by looking back into the lens as a reminder to ourselves and the viewers of the forever now. Our presence is singled out by contrast to the indigenous people, nature, and the animals of this beautiful land.
However, the opening in NYC depicts all the people tourists who photograph the chaos and the overwhelming city in a lost gaze.
The goal was to remind us of earth and to encourage laughter and play..... to keep life innocent and pure mischievously jumping into life the same way a child jumps into a body of water.
