Ingredients For Stuffing Of Filling For Puli
1. Ghee – 1 Tbsp
2. Grated Carrot – 2 Cups
3. Salt – 1 Pinch
4. Grated Khoya/Mawa – ¼ Cup
5. Milk Powder – ½ Cup
6. Sugar – ½ Cup ( To Taste )
7. Cardamom Powder – Less Than ½ Tsp
8. Milk (Room Temperature) – ½ Cup

Ingredients For Sugar Syrup
1. Water – 6 Cups
2. Salt - 1 Pinch
3. Green Cardamoms( Crushed ) – 3 Nos
4. Sugar – 2 Cups
5. Saffron Stands – 5 To 6 Nos ( Optional )


Ingredients For Chirer Puli
1. Flattened Rice – 2 Cups( Cleaned & Soaked Them For 30 Mins )...Here I Use Thick Flattened Rice, For That Reason I Soak For 30 Mins To Soften Them. If U Use Thin Flattened Rice,
Then Less The Soaking Time . Some Time Thin Flattened Rice Become Soft At The Time Of Cleaning By Water( No Need To Soak Them ).
2. Salt – 1 Pinch
3. Ghee – 1 Tsp
4. Semolina – 1 ½ Tbsp
5. Maida – 2 Tbsp ( As Required )
6. Enough Refined Oil For Frying
