Hello again, I hope you are enjoying the beginning of Advent.

My name is Kristina, I am a homemaker, wife and a mum living in the Czech countryside, but also an English country grandmother at heart. I am looking forward to share moving paintings from our cottage between the woodlands and the fields.

In the Czech Lands, we keep the beautiful centuries-old Christian tradition of the Advent wreath. You will see these wreaths in churches and in homes and everyone can come to the church to have their wreath blessed.

Candle decoration kit:
~ wax crayons
~ pins with plastic heads
~ old pencils to stuck the pins in and use as a painting tool
~ candles of your choice and simple candle holders
~ essential oil burner and a tea light candle for melting the wax crayons
