Is it possible to grow & build muscle without consuming protein or food and just through increasing prana intake? There are many Yogis around the world claiming it is possible to live just on fruit alone, or ONLY through prana; being a 'breatharian.'

This is in fact, a science that has been mastered by ancient Yogis thousands of years before us, but has been lost in the modern day. This question has been extremely interesting to me, and I'm excited to start this journey, experimenting with the the protein myth and taking it one step further.
