Slowly but steadily, Toby made his way to the patch of reeds. Using his hard shell and strong legs, he pushed and pulled until he created a path for Lily to escape. It took some time, but Toby never gave up.

Finally, Lily was free! She hopped out of the reeds and hugged Toby. "Thank you, Toby! You’re the bravest turtle I know," she said with a smile.

The other animals cheered for Toby, and from that day on, they all looked up to him as a true hero. Toby learned that being brave doesn’t mean being the fastest or strongest—it means being there for your friends when they need you the most.

Toby continued to live in the pond, helping others and enjoying life with his friends. He knew that true bravery came from the heart, and he was proud to be the bravest little turtle in the pond.
