The NUC 14 Pro AI features a sleek form factor, similar to the popular M4 Mac Mini, measuring just 130mm deep and wide and only 34mm tall. Despite its small size, it houses an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, making it the first-ever CoPilot Plus-capable mini PC. The device is available in five different configurations, ranging from the Core Ultra 5 226V with 16GB of integrated RAM to the powerful Core Ultra 9 288V with a hefty 32GB of RAM. With up to 67 TOPS of GPU performance and 48 NPU TOPS, this mini PC is designed for users who need serious computational power in a small form factor.

The device supports M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 x 4 slots, offering storage options from 256GB to 2TB NVMe SSDs. Its connectivity options are equally impressive, with dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB-A ports, an HDMI port, and a 2.5Gbps Ethernet jack on the back. On the front, you’ll find a fingerprint sensor, a dedicated Copilot button for voice commands, and the classic power button.
