Day 2 trout fishing on the White River, we loaded up on Rainbow Trout. This was a fun day for us because for lunch all of the guides cleaned some of our fresh catch from that morning and cooked them fresh right on the open pits, including plenty of fixings to go along with them! It was great watching them all do their thing, cleaning the fish, getting the charcoal ready for cooking, to meal prep, to cooking the fish in the Lodge cast iron skillets. Great times were had by all this day!
