Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour 3 cups
Salt to taste.
Water as required.
Ghee 4 - 5 tbsp.

Instructions:
1. Make dough with all ingredients like we normally make.
2. Take one part and make chapati as big as possible.
3. Spread some oil and cut chapati into long strips with a knife.
4. Gently collect all strips.
5. Roll up strips with hand
6. Make chapati shape again with hand and cook on Tawa or pan on low flame.
7. cook both sides and spread oil or ghee on each side.
