Air Fryer Meatloaf With Hard-Boiled Eggs
It's comfort food season again, which means that meatloaf is definitely on the menu! We're sure you have a tried & true family recipe that tastes great, but we're about to show you an incredible new idea for the tastiest, easiest meatloaf ever! We tried sticking our favorite meatloaf recipe, complete with a hard-boiled egg filling, in the air fryer and we love the results. Give it a try and let us know how it measures up to your usual go-to recipe!

Ingredients:

1½ lbs ground beef, room temperature
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1½ cups crispy fried onions
1–2 tbsp mustard
salt & pepper to taste
3 hard-boiled eggs for the filling
gravy to serve

Air fry the meatloaf for about 45 minutes, until cooked all the way through.
