Siem Reap 2022 ⎸Travel Vlog Part 3 ⎸Neighborhood Tour, Lost Luggage and Shopping

Hello! Thank you for visiting my channel.

In this video, we’ll be exploring the area around our accommodation. We arrived at around 9 in the morning and had a breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant for USD 5.00 (approx. Php 275.00) per person.

We actually need to go shopping for clothing and toiletries because our airline left our luggage in Kuala Lumpur. It wasn’t flown in until the following day, so we had to wait.

I love walking around Siem Reap. It’s peaceful, quiet, clean and organized.
I have learned that they do not want to have high rise buildings that would possibly destroy the tranquility of what it is known for and the landscape of the Angkor Archeological Park.

You would also notice that their sidewalks have tactile paving or braille tiles for the blind.

I have also observed that most Cambodians do not smoke. I don’t know if it’s prohibited in public.

For lunch, we went to The Heritage Walk. It is one of the few shopping centers in Siem Reap. We had tteokbokki buffet style at Yammy Korea for USD 10.00 (approx. Php 550.00) per person.
