Описание к видео Get Strong & Toned After Baby | Postpartum Workout With Dumbbells (Or Water Bottles)

Today we are doing a 25-min postpartum dumbbell workout to get strong and toned! I used 10 lbs dumbbells, but use a weight that feels safe for you you or you can also grab water bottles or cans of beans. Include this workout a couple of times per week to see a difference in your muscle tone and definition!
