"Suddenly everything stops including the little magpie.
Again a strange sense of shame and weariness comes over him.
The big wooden house by the pond might be a good place for
the most exhausted magpie in the world to rest for a while.
His head feels empty and it aches terribly. He looks through
the window of the house by the pond. There's a duck there
– another one up to his funny games and of course all the
baby ducklings are copying this mad duck. Well let them
thought Bialoipokku. And he saw how the great philosophers
of life met by the shore – well let them. Let them all do
what they want. And a strange peace came over the little
magpie, the only memory of his dream were the blisters on
his yellow toes. A light breeze gently ruffled his feathers
– Bialoipokku rested, just shifting from side to side until
he was finally completely comfortable and peaceful at last."
