What do you love about your life, Pablo Parith Padini?

Fionn interviews Pablo Parith Padini, a fellow volunteer in Belgium, working through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC).

ESC is program open to all* young adults (up to 30 years old) from Europe and some additional countries. Placements are full-time, lasting from 2 to 12 months. Most opportunities through ESC are cross-border volunteering activities, with a wide range of issues covered by the projects in the program, such as environment, health, inclusion, digital technologies, culture, and sport.

The program covers all costs* and provides experiences which allow opportunity to help where needed, learn new skills, spend time abroad, maybe learn a language – and definitely come back with unforgettable memories.

* We found barriers to Fionn's participation on this program (surmountable, in our case). Accessibility to people with disabilities is not a requirement for host organizations at present, and we believe Fionn was the first volunteer with intellectual disability in the program's history.
