The house is a classic example of how to make use of a triangular plot without compromising in design or functionality. It is a modern duplex house with 3 bedrooms made in a triangular step shape. The design was made using Sketchup and rendered using Lumion 10.

The project was also build on a site having a sloping terrain. Therefore the house is build in 2 levels, with maximum ventilation and natural lighting. Exposed concrete and brickwork is also used to reduce cost and give a contemporary look to the house.
