Like we mentioned on the DTW part I, most of the sidewalks become parking lots for vehicles like cars and scooters, which is typical here.

Laos is not the most developed and cleanest city, it isn't crowded like any other major city in the world. Kind heart and easygoing people of Laos the slow pace of lifestyle are the charm and an attraction of this country "Poor Country Yet Richest in Kindness".
