Baking local bread called 'Kalaneh' is common in our region (Kurdistan-Iran).
'kalaneh' is local bread with green onion seasoning. It can be greased with liquid or local oil or butter or any other edible Oil.
Now, after a short time, the green onion crop of jotiar's farm land is ready to be picked.
Jotiar's mother prepares 'kalaneh' for lunch with the help of her daughter and daughter-in-law.
Jotiar also has a share in this help by bringing firewood and water.
