[HOW TO] Replace Spark Plugs on 2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i (Easy)

My brother-in-law need to change spark plugs in his 2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i. This vehicle was approaching 60,000 miles, and that's when Subaru recommends replacing spark plugs. Getting to the spark plugs is difficult because of the horizontal opposed boxer motor. The spark plugs are located on the sides of the motor between the frame rails. It helps to loosen the motor mounts and jack the motor up about 1" to give more access tot he spark plugs for easier replacement. This whole job is pretty simple, it can be done in about 30 minutes with some help and the right tools.

The part number for the spark plugs is: NGK SILZKAR7B11
The spark plug gap should be set by the factory at 0.044"
