SAVE FOR TODAY⬇️
How to study late at night?🥱
1. Sleep Beforehand
Take a 30-40 minute power nap in the evening (around 7-8 PM). It refreshes your brain so you can stay awake longer at night.
2. Wash Your Face with Cold Water 💦
Cold water instantly wakes your nervous system. Do this whenever you feel sleepy.
3. Keep the Lights Bright 💡
Don't study in dim light. Use a bright white light. Darkness makes your brain think it's time to sleep.
4. Sit Properly (Don't Study on Bed)🛌
Study on a chair + table. If you sit on bed, your brain switches to sleep mode.
5. Drink Water, Not Heavy coffee ☕️
Keep sipping cold water.
You can take 1 cup of coffee or tea, but don't depend too much on it.
6. Use pomodoro 25-5 Rule
Study for 25 minutes → Take a 5-minute break. Repeat this 4 times then take a longer break.
7. Change Subjects When sleepy😴
If theory makes you sleepy, switch to:
MCQS
Revision
Flashcards
8. Keep Room Slightly Cool
If the room is too warm, you'll feel sleepy faster.
9. Avoid Heavy Food at Night
Eat light food only. Heavy food makes you feel drowsy.
10. Talk to Yourself or Read Aloud
When sleepy, read concepts aloud or explain them like you're teaching someone.
