Me putting a brand-new, just-released MXR Randy Rhoads Special Edition Distortion+ pedal through its paces, using a 2007 Gibson Flying V loaded with Gibson Tony Iommi pick-ups (humbuckers), only on the bridge pick-up in this video, first through a Vox Pathfinder 15 solid-state amp (set to clean--no boost--with Gain at about 3, Treble about halfway up, and Bass around 4/4.5) and then through a Fender Blues, Jr. tube amp (with a little tube break-up and a bit of that wonderful Fender spring reverb; Bass is at 7, Treble is at 12, and the FAT switch is engaged).
