In this series, we meet the chefs behind some of the best spots in town.

In this episode, we meet chef Mateo Otero, who opened up his award-winning Rollies Mexican Patio on 12th Avenue in 2017. Best known for their Rolled Tacos, Award-Winning Birria Tacos, and Birria Ramen, Rollies serves up delicious traditional Mexican cuisine using heritage foods that Mateo likes to call, “Sonoran Tucson Food.”
