HIGH SPEED FRICTION FEEDER CONVEYOR FOR POUCH, CARTONS, LABELS, CARTON, DUPLEX BOXES.
It can be integrated with Online inkjet printer can print batch no., logo, exp date, mfg date, MRP etc or any other useful information on labels, pouch, cartons, any object, or any solid surface.
It is a high speed feeder/dispenser which feeds the product at high speed on the conveyor & the inkjet printer mounted with stand sensor in front of conveyor will print the required details on the pouches labels
the shown machine is "bottom get feed first" kind of friction feeder, in which the bunch of bags placed in the feeding area for application like inkjet printing or sticker labelling or counting machine can feed various size of pouch & available in different variants, we can also provide with suitable printing system for printing of expiry date, manufacturing mfg date, MRP, etc machine max feeding speed is up to 250 bags per minute
A standalone friction feeder model specially design for feeding of all type of PP, PE, OPP, PET, Laminated Plastic Pouch/Bag as well as paper label, card, folded box etc. Products size range from 60-350mm width (500mm option), 60-500mm length and at speed of over 80 metre per minute.
