A friendly reminder that this is our first flip. That being the case there are a lot of unforeseen issues/mistakes coming to light. Our lack of proper preparation and planning leads to small jobs here and there coming up. There is also the issue that arose due to us not choosing the proper subs and this resulting in people not returning to fix a job done wrong. At the end of the day we had to buckle up and do the work ourselves to continue pushing the timeline of this project forward.
