In this video we use the 10 Round Load Development Ladder test technique developed by Scott Satterlee with the Hornady 147 ELD-M and Alliant Reloder 16. We further explore the validity and usefulness of this load development technique. We use Remington 7 1/2 primers and Lapua brass and test and show velocity and group data at 150 yards.
