Police in Kabale yesterday clashed with former FDC president retired Colonel Kiiza Besigye as he defied a police order and drove through Kabale town.
Besigye was returning from the magistrates court at Makanga hill where Kampala Mayor Erias Lukwago and two others were charged with inciting violence.
