Soft, chewy and very delicious Oat Flour Cookies with Chocolate Chips. They are gluten free, have nutty flavour, crisp edges and chewy centre. You’ll definitely love them!

Ingredients:
270g/ 2¼ cup oat flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch/corn flour
¼ tsp salt
113g/ ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
130g/ 2/3 cup brown sugar
50g/ ¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
130g/ ¾ cup dark or milk chocolate chips, you can use more if you like

Bake in the oven 190C/375F for 10-12 min. Cool on the tray for 5 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
