Squad Deathmatch and Domination seem to still be the chaotic close quarters mess they were in other Battlefield titles so for those who seem to only like those game modes there is something to be excited about at least with Battlefield 6. Also I keep forgetting to mention two things. One is they brought back displaying other players pings on the scoreboard although why it's not enabled by default and it's a setting you have to enable I don't understand. Two is they have streamer related options to randomize your name although it wasn't in the UI in the reveal build so I'm guessing it's not in the beta build's UI it's still there in the game itself. Meaning you can enable it in the settings file and a play incognito or anonymously, which is a really nice addition or feature to have in todays age of gaming and streaming with what kinds of player behavior you can come across these days.

My thoughts on it about DICE mentioning moving the spawn beacon from the Recon class to the Assault class. The spawn beacon is the one gadget in Battlefield I wish they never added ever since its introduction in BF3. It has been abused and exploited so many times and just gets placed in glitched spots the majority of the time making rounds endlessly frustrating. Even if it gets moved to the Assault class unless DICE implements locked class weapons, those Recon players that use sniper rifles can just switch to the Assault class to use the spawn beacon and sniper rifles. Also it just seems like adding more to the solo playstyle. Yes I have no doubt on paper it sounds nice, the Assault player goes ahead and places the spawn beacon in enemy territory but in reality it's going to play out like it does in BF2042 where you have dozens of spawn beacons placed everywhere by solo individuals with each of them spawn on them with SMGs and repeating that process over and over again. With that you've basically made "THE COD CLASS" in Battlefield, well I guess so long as it keeps the player population up I can't really complain. Hopefully it doesn't just attract Battlefield tourists and actually keeps them around.

Bugs with the enemy damage log sometimes make me wonder if there are some other bugs related to health just not being actually at 100% like the gauge says it's 100% but in reality it's much lower. Not sure but I know that has been a common bug or issue in many previous Battlefield games so it's not unusual to see. It might account for some of the TTK/TTD things as well.
