Enviro Confort had been steadily growing their business over a number of years and expanding their areas of service into larger territory following a partnership with Costco Wholesale. They wanted a digital transformation to help manage and scale with the subsequent surge in customer demand, as well as better oversee service calls in the field. The goal was to streamline their organization from top to bottom from lead acquisition to direct sales, installation and maintenance.

The Nubik team designed a system to give their operations team the ability to create work orders depending on the tasks involved, assign those orders to technicians based on availability and skill set, manage recurring installations and service calls, and provide field teams with easily-accessible, relevant information about each customer.

Following implementation, the client substantially increased their annual sales within 10 months and began growing by acquisition, something they had never done before.
