🌹On todays episode, i'm speaking about the importance of re-claiming your sexual essence away from the male-gaze...


👉🏼After a lifetime of sexual objectification, sexual trauma, consistently being gaslit into pleasuring men's sexual needs whilst bypassing the requirement of our own safety and sexual pleasure, and being conditioned to belief that our sexual vitality as women is here for the primary purpose of accommodating men, and no more than a tool and resource for their own benefit, de-colonising our sexuality and reclaiming full autonomy over our sexual body and creative essence, so we can begin to feel wholly confident, autonomous, and in control of our sexuality and image as creatively powerful feminine beings.


👉🏼When we are sexually autonomous, our sexuality and sexual pleasure becomes wholly about self-empowerment and self-exploration. We quit engaging in unconscious sexual exchange with men, we quit using our sexual essence in a way that is performative, and for the purpose of validation and to satiate our feminine wounding, and instead, we begin to focus on creating a relationship with our sexual power which heals, restores and transforms that part of us that have been housing deep imprints of sexual-trauma, guilt, shame, fear & oppression.


🔮I am covering the following topics :


✅The various ways in which your sexuality has been colonised, weaponised, abused, used and manipulated and used as a performative tool for the enjoyment of men's pleasure and how this desensitises and disconnects us from knowing what is a full-body 'YES' when it comes to sexual intimacy and what is an absolute 'NO'.


✅How 'the man in our head' often distorts our perception of our own body and sexuality, fuelling intensive feelings of guilt, shame when we are enjoying intimate moments of self-pleasure as women, and how we BLOCK our sexual pleasure and allowing ourselves to orgasm fully, use our voice for sexual self-expression, and how this is intimately interconnected with our relationship with money, success and receiving as a whole.


✅How our sexual energy in it's essence, is meant to be used for the purpose of creation, manifestation, and the importance of cultivating relationship with your sexual power in order to create your best art. A woman makes her best art and creativity when shes aroused. When she’s activated her sensuality and sexuality and is harnessing the power of her sexuality for the purpose of enjoying her own body and what her body can do for her, what can learns how to utilise it as a divine channel for her highest creations.


✅How women have been conditioned since birth to centre male validation as the ultimate source of empowerment, when the truth of the matter is that men have forever used feminine energy and a woman's sexual vitality as a source of fuel and nourishment through which he will relentlessly and vampirically feed off of, until she is drained of her vital power.


✅How men misinterpret womens' sexual expression as an invitation, or the desiring of their attention, because men as whole, do not understand the concept that a woman can be sexual purely for her own enjoyment (this is a symptom of man's arrogance, entitlement & ignorance, to believe that any time a woman is sexual, it is somehow an invitation for him personally to infiltrate her energy field / or body / and take without being given consent.
