Some of the habits mentioned may seem easy and generic, but when you actually start doing them regularly - they can make such an impact! I never really believed in drinking 2l of water every day until I actually started doing that and guess what? My skin got clearer, my digestion is better and my overall health improved! I've always believed that small changes matter the most. Even waking up 10 minutes earlier can have a big impact on how your day goes.
