One standard airbrick can let in at least 500 litres of water per minute! Replacing standard clay airbricks with #SMART-AirBricks® provides automatic #floodprotection to stop water from entering a property through the airbricks.

In normal conditions… Air flows freely through the SMART AirBrick® under the floorboards.

In strong winds… The SMART AirBrick® automatically shuts off during strong, gusty winds. This prevents heat loss which can potentially save money on your heating bills.

In flood conditions… The floodwater automatically activates the 4 valve balls, which rise up and seal the SMART AirBrick® to stop water entering the property through the airbricks.
