Unboxing the New COLO Professional Powder Coating System

So we just got in the new COLO Model KF X1 professional powder coating system. The is the step up from the COLO 191S model, which is pretty much the same as the Gema Optiflex Pro 2.

In this video we're unboxing the new COLO powder coating system, as well as setting it up. This will replace our Eastwood HotCoat PCS 1000 system that we've been using for the last 5 months. This system is the newest model of the COLO 191s system, with an up graded powder pump as well as internal gun parts.

When it comes down to second coats, the Eastwood HotCoat PCS 1000 just has some troubles. Some of this is because the system does not have a separate adjustment for uV (micro amps) is just has a setting for Kv.

This new COLO system has presets for flat pieces, hard to reach areas as well as second coats. You can also make and save your own presets. If you're looking for new powder coating equipment, you should check this powder coating system out.
