Dahi Chicken Handi

Ingredients:
Chicken 600 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder ¾ tsp
Salt, red chili powder to taste
Turmeric as required
For masala ingredients:
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Chopped onion 1 large
Chopped green chili 2-3
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Finely cut ginger, green coriander for garnishing

Method:
All chicken marination ingredients mix and leave for 2 to 3 hours .for masala making in clay pot clarified butter heat and fry chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped ginger and white cumin add and roast .then add marinated chicken mix and roast .after this add half cup of water and cook till than chicken tender .finally roast and dish out .then garnish with ginger and green coriander and serve.

Creamy Pink Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

Penne pasta 1cup
Capsicum 1
Chopped onion 1
Crushed garlic 1tsp
Ingredients for sauce
Butter ½ cup
Crushed garlic 1tsp
Flour 3tbps
Milk ½ cup
Cream 100ml
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Salt, pepper ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
Tomato puree 2tbsp

Method
Heat oil in pan add crushed garlic sauté , now add capsicum and fry , and set aside .for sauce heat butter ,add crushed garlic and flour fry it , now add milk mix well till thick , now add tomato puree, ketchup salt , pepper and cream boil and boil pasta and capsicum mix and serve with spring onion .

Makhani Pulao Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati rice ½ kg
Mix whole spices 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 2 cups
Salt 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
Chopped onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 large
Ginger (Julienne) 1 tbsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Butter ½ cup

Method:
Soaked rice .then heat butter and oil .now add all spices add and fry onion and fry till then brown .after this add ginger garlic paste ,yogurt ,salt ,white pepper powder and fennel powder add and masala roast .then add chicken stock and add water then soaked water add and cook .after this add Nutmeg, mace powder and julienne cut ginger add and leave on dum then remove and serve .
