Canadian composer Eleanor Daley serves as the organist and choirmaster at Fairlawn United Church in Toronto, a position she has held for over thirty years. Her compositions for women's choir and mixed voices feature melodies and intriguing harmonies. In the Bridge Builder, text is paramount as Daley's choral writing and supportive accompaniment paint an evocative picture of age and wisdom.

In A Farewell, this sensitive and simple musical setting of Lord Tennyson's poetry brings us to an end-of-life reflection.
