Steve, otherwise known as SCP-507 "Reluctant Dimension Hooper", teleports to the underground city of UnLondon, a brooding military-state clone of actual London. SCP-1678 is controlled by strange SCP anomalies, including police bobbies with scary masks and birds with cameras for a face. Steve tries to hide from the authorities and learn more about UnLondon's history when he is confronted by a survivor, the mysterious hooded man known as Leader...
