It all began just six days ago when I decided to hop onto Twitter, or should I say "X" now, considering it's owned by Mark's buddy, Elon Musk. Little did I know, this simple act would set off a chain of events that left me baffled and silenced.

As I was casually scrolling through my notifications and feed, I stumbled upon a tweet from an Indian news outlet discussing some changes to the parliament's dress code. They were going on about a traditional Bandhgala suit, complete with a magenta or pink Nehru jacket adorned with lotus flower patterns, paired with khaki pants, all courtesy of the National Institute of Fashion Technology.

Things took an interesting turn when a member of Congress MP criticized this attire as 'cheap,' pointing fingers at the lotus symbol on the uniforms of Parliament staff. They suggested that the BJP was turning the 'Temple of Democracy' into a political battleground. So, what did I do? I decided to share the tweet on my Facebook page with a caption that included a 😁 emoji, expressing my take on the matter.

However, a few hours later, my world turned upside down. Facebook not only removed my post but temporarily blocked my account and even stripped away my login email. I was locked out of my Facebook account with no idea when I'd regain access. But wait, there's more!

Two days later, Mark's Meta company decided to join the party. They blocked my Instagram account, which was linked to my Facebook login. And just to add icing on the cake, my Threads app became similarly inaccessible. All this because of a single post about a change in parliament attire.

So, here I am, officially banned from all Meta-owned social media apps, all because of a single post about the parliament's uniform alteration. I'd like to take this moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mark and Meta for this rather unfortunate ordeal. Thanks a million, guys! 🙄😒
