Hip subluxation & dislocation are preventable in cerebral palsy up to some extent. we need to recognize it early and manage it nicely. an early-age hip can be reconstructed beautifully and even a normal hip can be given to the child. but if it was recognized at a very late age then just saving the hop became our priority. in this video child had a hip dislocation and he was unable to walk. After marathon surgery on both the lower limb & upper limb, he had excellent improvement.
