For our first day at RailCamp, we headed over to the Amtrak Training Center in Wilmington, DE. There, we did all sorts of cool things. We talked to actual Amtrak instructors and employees about their experiences, used the locomotive & dispatch simulators, and even got a demonstration/tour of P42 locomotive #23. It was an awesome day, and one that we will not soon forget.

I'd like to thank Amtrak for continuing to support the NRHS RailCamp program. It is an incredible experience for us campers, and one that we are very appreciative and grateful for each and every day.
