Industry Spotlight | Our Story + All Things Scout Connect

It's been a journey, and we're thrilled to finally lift the curtain and share everything we've been working on!

We’re excited to finally share the story behind Scout Connect and how it all came together. Brittney shares her journey of building Scout Insurance from the ground up. And Erin dives into the nagging pull to go full-time with coaching. Together, we created Scout Connect, a sister company that connects female entrepreneurs, restored women, and faith driven non-profits organizations.

We realized we hadn't really told our stories—how we each navigated our paths, and how our shared values and experiences united us. Brittney started Scout Insurance with a passion for helping others, and Erin’s journey into full-time coaching was driven by her desire to empower women to rebuild their lives. When our paths crossed, we realized we could do something even bigger together.

Scout Connect is our way of bridging the gap between non-profits and for-profit businesses, making sure restored women have opportunities to thrive and female entrepreneurs have the support they need. One of the most exciting things we've been working on behind the scenes is our annual program for female entrepreneurs, Business on Purpose.
