After a wonderful experience in Mihintale on the morning of June 24, 2024, we headed towards Anuradhapura: A City Steeped in History and Culture. From the Sacred Bodhi Tree to the magnificent stupas, discover the wonders of Anuradhapura- a sacred city in Sri Lanka, considered one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. It was the capital of the ancient kingdom of Anuradhapura from the 4th century BCE to the 11th century CE. The city is home to numerous ancient monuments, ruins, and artifacts, showcasing Sri Lanka's rich history and cultural heritage. The second parts on Anuradhapura covers the following:
